If you’re not bringing your pet along on vacation…use our handy pet sitter checklist to leave with your pet sitter.
Upgrading all the ways you already use to keep your pet safe can bring you peace of mind while you’re on vacation.
Most pet owners already have pet id tags, but when’s the last time you checked to see how well it’s holding up? Can you still read it?
I like this two-in-one collar and ID because it’s not only durable but can be seen from further away.
If your dog gets lost, people have more chance to get some information to reach you or at least animal control to report that it’s been spotted. They don’t have to get up close in the dog’s face to be able to read it.
A wireless fencing system is another option so that hopefully your pet doesn’t get out of the yard and lost at all.

If you are like much of the population, your four-legged friend is your first "baby." Many people worry needlessly about how their dog will handle a baby in their life. Many owners think of getting rid of the family pets because of fears that they will harm the baby. Please do not do this unless there is no other option. Most dogs, when treated and trained properly, can handle life with a newborn very well.

Hi Jacob, I agree with you, many dogs do transition well to life with a newborn. We are far past the newborn stages, with teens in the house. And sadly we aren't giving our precious Mae away, she passed away from complications of Lyme Disease. Thanks for commenting.

Awesome Article. I really appreciate and love to know that you are a dog lover. I was not a great lover of pets a few years back. But one day I gifted a golden retriever puppy to my wife and now we both are great dog lovers. Even I have started writing several blogs on dogs. I feel motivated when I see the person like you writing such great articles. Really impressive, thanks for sharing!
