Speaking of stretching…have you tried flex bands? It seems to be the latest thing in exercising.
I struggle to get out one post a week, let alone 30 days in a row. So it’s a huge stretch.
But I’m picking something fun. Each task isn’t too hard, it’s the consistency that will be hard.
But that’s the point.
Habits are created with small daily steps.
